Safety in my DNA:
Safety is more than a field of expertise for me, it is my passion. As a driven safety expert at Werkbedrijf Rijk van Nijmegen I put my heart and soul into optimizing the safety of our employees and customers.
A journey full of learning moments:
My fascination for safety started during my studies. The complex interaction between legislation and human behavior attracted me enormously. After graduating, I enthusiastically threw myself into practice. From optimizing work permits in Aruba to implementing RI&E measures at the Amsterdam Food Bank, every experience was a valuable learning experience.
Expertise in development:
In the course of my career I have gained in-depth knowledge of various aspects of safety. RI&E, BHV plans, evacuation plans and camera protocols; I am familiar with them. But my expertise goes beyond just technology. I am a fervent supporter of a strong safety culture and believe in the power of open communication and concrete solutions.
Communicating with impact:
Making complex safety themes accessible to a broad audience, that is my mission. With clear language, visual aids and appealing examples I succeed in involving everyone and making them enthusiastic about safety.
The Whirlwind in action:
My passion for safety is contagious. I inspire others to commit to a safe working environment. With my drive, expertise and broad perspective, I am a valuable asset to Werkbedrijf Rijk van Nijmegen and any other organization.
